Perfect Stay for Clinical Rotation

I had a wonderful stay here and truly appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the space felt during such an important season of life. I came to the area for my clinical rotation, and this place really felt like a peaceful home away from home throughout my stay. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything I needed to settle in easily for a longer-term stay. Jorge was extremely kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with the entire time. He was very understanding and accommodating, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this place to other traveling professionals or students looking for a welcoming and reliable place to stay!

We needed a temporary place to stay until we moved into our home and this home was exactly what we needed. The owner was extremely responsive and incredibly helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. Very safe and quiet neighborhood with a nearby lake that is great to walk around. Just a few minutes to get onto 270 for anywhere you would need to go. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay in Germantown!

As Advertised in a great Neighborhood

Townhouse was clean and as advertised, no surprises and everything matched the photos. Landlord was communicative when needed. The area is great! 5 min drive from a lovely state park plus a lovely walking trail and pond right behind the complex. Easy access to the highway and MARC to commute into DC. Around a 10-20 min drive depending on traffic to the nearest metro station. Would stay here again!

Renter through Military Separation | Would Rent Again

I rented from J for approximately eight months as I prepared to transition from the military. I worked as a Registered Nurse at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center). His property is located in a quiet area of Germantown. There is a local high school and elementary school. Neither contributed to traffic concerns throughout my stay. The subdivision is quiet. There is a nearby lake (0.1 miles approximately) with a 1.2-mile walking/running path maintained by the city. The property is furnished and well maintained. Any concerns or issues were promptly addressed by J. I did not experience any concerns relating to HVAC, electricity, internet access, or plumbing. This location is a great property to rent for both travel nurses and service members commuting to Fort Detrick, WRNMMC, Fort Meade, or the Pentagon. Had I extended in the military I would have continued to rent this property. If you are a local Soldier/Sailor/Marine/Airman, do not ruin it for the next guy/gal.
