Wonderful City Home

This home is beautiful, well maintained, and walk able to Eastown and is the perfect size for a family. The landlord is wonderful to work with, communicates well, timely, and is respectful. The home itself was move in ready with everything we needed. It was well equipped with kitchen and bath supplies along with every day amenities most places do not have. The neighborhood is a mix of college students, families, and other renters, what you would expect to find. Everyone is nice and we felt safe and welcomed in the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed near East Town - Grand Rapids

This place was walkable to East Town and it was a clean and well put together house. I felt comfortable and happy to be there - happy to stay again! There was room for more than just me and I can easily imagine renting this with a small group of business travelers or friends.

Large house in popular Eastown

This house is beautiful and the furnishings are much better than you'd typically find. The historic elements and woodwork are well maintained and add a lot of charm. The newer bathrooms are nice to use and easy to keep clean. The house comes with extras such as organic sheets, lots of supplies in the kitchen and well appointed decor. The neighborhood is fantastic - close to downtown, midtown and many bars and restaurants. Also great parks nearby. The owner is easy to work with and responsive. Great place, great deal! Wish I could have stayed longer.
