This is a lovely, comfortable room in a beautiful Victorian house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I previously rented on Airbnb, and this is a guest favorite with dozens of five-star reviews. It's just me and the cats, and people who stay regard the cats as a bonus.

This studio is on the ground floor of the house my family has owned for 57 years. It is charmingly appointed with antique and vintage furnishings and fixtures. The galley kitchen has a high-quality stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker.
