TRAVELERS BEWARE!!!!

My husband and I rented this townhouse for 2 months. We found the condition of the townhouse to be substandard and sent a list of 11 items of concern the first week we were there. Diane, was argumentative and unwilling to lift a finger to resolve the issues. We received a letter 17 days after we left stating that there was damage to the premises, so she is keeping the deposit. The reasons she gave and pictures she sent were not how we left the place and/or were wear and tear that was there when we arrived. There are some nice features in the townhouse, but overall, it needs a deep cleaning and a handyman to fix things. When I was initially reviewing the property, there was a review that stated that the deposit was not returned. Dianes reply seemed reasonable, so we gave her a chance. We regret that decision. That review is no longer listed on the property page. I WOULD ADVISE AVOIDING THIS PROPERTY!

Clean and Bright Townhome

We had the privilege of staying in Diane's home for 2.5 months, and we loved every minute! She did a beautiful job making it feel homey with her decorations and furniture. The kitchen was organized intuitively and she had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying in Diane's home.
