Tolerable at first, Horrible after 3 months

Everything started off relatively normal, except for neighbors and the renter entering the lower-level garage at will. The renter asked for favors, like turning on the water spigot next door and collecting his mail. A few months ago, the dryer broke, and renter sent someone who didnt work with dryers, arriving after 7-8 p.m. The renter unlocked the door remotely at 9 p.m., and the person left at 11 p.m. without fixing it. The renter has a major issue with 24-hour notice, leading to the installation of cameras and a door stop. After three more failed attempts at repairs, the dryer remained broken from mid-July until leaving on 9/15/26, with no dryer for the last two months. The renter gets upset if rent is paid on the due date instead of a few days early, and charges a late fee unless a lease screenshot is sent. The $1000 security deposit has not been returned. If you want it back, dont book this place.
