Great spot in Kihei

First off Barbara the owner was great to work with. She never held monies overly long and was accommodating when I extended my work assignment by three months. I stayed a total of 6 months. The location is great. Plenty of eateries, bars and shopping in Kihei all within a 5 minute drive. There is a park directly accross the street with beach access. Two minute walk gets you to sand. There is also a Safeway close, but would recommend the Foodland for grocery needs. It is only a 20 minute drive to Maui Memorial, 15 minutes to Makena, and 20-25 minutes to Lahaina and the west side. You are about an hour away from Haleakala Crater. It is in the middle of most activities that you seek while working in Maui. It has all the kitchen needs including a dishwasher. Laundry room on site, a pool deck, pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Grills are also available in the pool area. The only concern is the road noise. You do get a lot of sound from the road, so if you are working night shift and sleeping during the day you will need your earplugs. I slept the day away with my plugs in without issue. Kihei (and Maui in general) kind of shuts down by 10pm every night, so it gets to be a very quiet environment at night. I would highly recommend this unit and would stay there again. Cheers.
