Cozy Stay!

I had a good stay at Arlese's place. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe while there. She made space for all my items and I had my own cabinets and fridge space. She was very accommodating and kind. Had a few things that I inquired about adjusting to make my stay more comfortable and she made it happen. Her sons were very polite as well. Never had issues while here. A bonus was being so close to my job as well. Would recommend for future travelers!

Wilmington Stay

I was there for 5 months. At first, Arlese was very nice and welcoming. Her sons were very nice too. After a month, she nagged and seemed to put any blames on me to the point I felt very anxious to do anything in the house (for example : water puddle on the floor, something with fridge temperature, power went out in my room etc). I should not extend my stay there, but I thought maybe as time went by, she would be different. She refused to turn the AC on during the heat wave (mid 80s to high 90s ), then when the weather dropped to the 40s, the heat was off. Often, I found the water heater turned off when I showered in the morning. The kitchen was always dirty. The plates/bowls/silverwares were dirty most of the time. I was super anxious staying there that I had to move out 10 days early to a different FF. The deposit took more than 2 weeks to be refunded. Lesson learned. Thank you for letting me stay there . Definitely will not go back there even though I love their cats.

Arlese, her family, and her home were as welcoming as could be during my time in Wilmington! She was always friendly but respectful of my privacy during my stay. This was my first time doing a short-term rental, and Arlese made sure it was a great experience.

Fabulous Stay

My 13 week stay with A & her 2 boys was amazing! I couldn't ask for a better location, family, and the many amenities. A's home is in a safe and quiet location and my commute to work was only 10-12 minutes. I was put at ease from day 1 of my stay with A and her family & she ensured I was comfortable with the added touches in my room (coffee/tea bar, TV, water cooler, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains). It was a joy coming home from a tough day at work to the fun & laughter with this family. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I'm ever in the area in the future! This was a fabulous stay!!! I'll truly miss A & her family!!

Great place to stay.

Very cozy room with private bathroom. Everything was clean and they provided all of the things you need. The family is very nice and hospitable, they could not have hosted me any better.

home away from home

If youre looking for a home away from home this is the place. A, the owner and her boys are amazing. Shes a fantastic host. The house is adorable and she gives plenty of privacy to do the things you need to do. Plus you have a private bathroom!!!
