Best Host!!

Absolutely amazing!! I enjoyed staying with Jessica and her lovable dog. Jessica is an amazing host who will go above and beyond for you. I would stay over and over if I could!!

Wonderful Stay!

Staying at Jess's place was great! The location is close to a lot of areas, only 10-15 minutes from downtown, Aksarben, Blackstone, and Old Market. Jess is great, available for anything you need, and a great person to rent from. Her dog Birdy is also a sweetheart, and I enjoyed getting to know them both. The space is a basement but still has plenty of windows and natural light, which made it feel very cozy and comfortable. It is clean, the perfect size for one person, and has all of the basic things you need. I would highly recommend Jess's place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area.

Great experience

The owner was professional and friendly. She prepared the space exceptionally well. Additionally her dog was incredibly friendly. This space suited my needs as a short term medical traveling professional. I would highly recommend this space to others in the field, and would not hesitate to rent from her again in the future should the opportunity arise.

cute quiet neighborhood

Cozy place. It's quiet neighborhood and safe or I felt safe walking at night in this neighborhood. Off street parking.. Own bath not shared was a plus . I liked that there was Carpet which felt warmer then wood floors. landlord offered coffee maker, fridge, microwave and laundry on site. .I like that the back yard was available didn't use it cold or rain. Great for when it gets warmer. landlord provided right away heater when I told them i was freezing. Thanks for being a good landlord respectful of privacy thanks. would recommend to a friend
