Amazing place

This house was everything we needed. The hosts were thoughtful about everything you would want or need to have a comfortable long term stay. House was clean, in great condition, host was always responsive and communicated clearly. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, fully fenced in yard, and the screened in porch is just amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there and would 100% stay again.

Comfortable and convenient

My wife and I had a comfortable 3 month stay as I recovered from lung transplant surgery at Vanderbilt. It was possible to get to the hospital without getting on the freeway. The pictures in the listing are accurate. Erica was easy to communicate with and very responsive. For example, she replaced a malfunctioning space heater with another high-end heater in less than one hour. We were also able to keep our 2 cocker spaniels with us. I recommend this home with no reservations.

Clean and cute

This house was perfect for my mom to come stay near us for a month this summer with her dogs. The house had everything she could have needed and was very comfortable for her. She kept saying how clean and cute the house ways and the dogs loved the yard. She was even able to work at the desk in one of the bedrooms.

Cute and comfy stay

We stayed 3 months with our dogs at Erica's adorable home. The place was perfect for our needs. We have an older dog that is almost blind that appreciated no steps into the backyard. We loved all the natural light and the large showers. Master bedroom was plenty big for me to do my yoga in front of the TV. There is a bus stop close by that we used to go in and out of downtown Nashville (straight shot) so we didn't have to deal with driving and parking. Erica was very responsive and was always available if we needed anything. Thanks for a great stay!

Nashville Home

Absolutely loved my stay at this home! The house was very nice, clean, and had everything I needed. Lots of space and well furnished. It was in a great locationclose to everything but still peaceful. Everything about it was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Experience

What a perfect house! Coming from a nearly 2500 square foot house, the layout is so efficient that we didnt miss the extra room. It had such a homey feel to it that we never got homesick. Actually we never wanted to leave! It was a seamless experience renting from Erica and I would definitely rent the home again. Everything in the house was as described and she followed up several times to make sure all was going well and that we settled in fine. The house is close to so many amenities and such a short ride to downtown or the surrounding neighborhoods. Would rent here again 100%.

We would definitely stay in this home again and cant say anything negative about it. The home is very spacious, loved the screened in porch, and was clean upon arrival and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, which hasnt happened in other rentals. E is a wonderful landlord and we were in contact whenever necessary and never had an issue.
