Bright downtown studio, great location, neat and tidy

I stayed at Cecily's place for a travel nurse contract in Reno and loved my stay here! The space is perfect for one person, well laid out with enough storage. The kitchen has everything you'll need and the apartment building has an easily accessible washer/dryer. The location is great, right downtown close to everything and next to the river, very walkable, street parking. Cecily was a great host, she was very responsive and made sure I was aware of any building events or updates during my stay. No complaints, thanks Cecily!

Amazing Stay

This was my second time staying at Cecily's place, and both stays were amazing! The first was just a few days, and I loved it so much that I came back for a 3-month stay. The apartment is super cozy, quiet, and had everything I needed to feel at home. It's in a peaceful neighborhood but still close to everything, which was really convenient. Cecily is such a great host - always friendly, easy to reach, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated how smooth the whole experience was. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. I would absolutely recommend her place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

WORST LANDLORD EVER!

I am a doctorate student who was traveling for rotations in Reno and needed a quick stay. I unluckily stumbled upon this dump. If you like the constant smell of cigarettes, a dirty apartment that was not cleaned before entering the premise, and a refrigerator that was not cleared from the last guest, this may be the place for you! On the first day, the power was not even on (looks like she forgot to pay her bills) and she refused to help me and instead stated 'it is 9pm I am tired.' If you care at all about your privacy, this is not the place for you. She was constantly watching me through her Ring camera like a creep. It gets worse... There was a gnat infestation in the apartment and she said it wasn't her problem and said I had to deal with it myself. You will spend at least an hour every night killing these things because they will be everywhere. They all came from the nest that is attached to her window from the outside (a place I could not clean or access). If I could post a picture to show how many there were, I would. The place is an absolute dump and the photos do not even come close to showing the disastrous living conditions you will be in. The worst part is she is trying to keep my $500 security deposit stating that I broke her blinds and chair which were already broken. I have ample photos and videos that I thankfully took before my stay to disprove her claims and will be taking her to court in March. I am so excited to sue her for her blatant lies, withholding my federal mail and deposit, and for poor living conditions. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT RENT THIS DUMP APARTMENT AND DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LADY!!!
