Greetings everyone! I love it when people come to New York City, Miami and Nashville and really take into the great food scene there. I'm a chef by trade and primarily work helping food startups get off the ground. I have some great recommendations on where to explore and where to eat. I'm lucky enough that I get to travel and eat for a living as well! If I do end up staying in your place, please always direct me to the nearest hole in the wall / authentic place to have a meal.
