Modern and Private Cottage close to downtown Pensacola, located in the highly desired neighborhood of East Hill

Perfect Spot!!

I spent a little over two months at this cottage and it was perfect! It had everything I needed, and the yard is amazing! East Hill neighborhood is safe, peaceful and great for walking. You’re close to the bridge to get to the beach easily, and also close to downtown and shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Perfect location! The hosts are also so responsive and kind - they made me feel so welcome. I would absolutely recommend and am excited to stay at the cottage again at some point!

Loved the place!

Great location with a park nearby, which was a huge plus. Amy was very responsive and easy to get a hold of whenever I had questions. The place was exactly what I needed, and overall it was a great experience. I would definitely stay here again!

The cottage was super clean. Everything works perfectly. Amy is extremely easy to communicate with. Neighborhood is excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Great spot and walk to the Park

We stayed for a month and it was perfect for what we needed during our search for permanent housing. We walked to the park with our pup everyday. Small but cozy and comfortable. Grill on the patio was a great perk. Thank You !

Bluebird Cottage

We had the best time staying at the Bluebird Cottage! It's in a great and safe location. We enjoyed being walking distance to places like Bayfront park and even Publix. The cottage is well maintained and easy to access. The space is cozy and comfortable. They have all kinds of movies and games available to use along with multiple tv apps such as Youtube TV and Amazon Prime. The house has quite a bit of storage which made it easy to stay for an extended time! The Forbes were incredible hosts and always responded promptly! We will miss our stay at the Bluebird cottage! 5 stars all around
