Great location, better landlord

Kathryn was extremely welcoming and flexible. I at first only asked her for a 1 month stay but as my schedule kept changing she accommodated me for as long as I needed. Overall very communicative landlord willing to be flexible and always there when needed by any of her tenants. The area is very nice and the neighbors are also willing to help in case of emergencies. Close enough to highway access that makes everything in Baltimore within reach in a reasonably short amount of time, be it hospitals or engineering offices. Every time I have to be in Baltimore the first person I text for a room is Kathryn. The reason is not just the location but the peace of mind knowing that it will be a good stay.

Couldn't ask for a better landlord!

Kathryn is so welcoming and made her space feel like home! The bedroom and private bathroom are spacious and clean; huge perk was having a big desk in the room for studying and multiple mirrors! The bed was super comfortable and was very relaxing after long days. There is ample storage space provided with a dresser and average-size closet. Kathryn provided linens like bed sheets/comforter and a set of pillows, towels and bathroom mats and some other helpful little comfort items to get started. The shared kitchen/living room and laundry are updated and great shared spaces to chat, cook, and enjoy. She has two sweet smaller dogs that love some extra attention and are well behaved! The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are all super kind. It is 8 mins to St. Agnes, 5 mins from LA fitness and grocery stores. Honestly very sad to leave because she and her family have been fantastic!
