This house is ideal for a family or roommates. Plenty of space and privacy. It is very close to TUFTS, Harvard, MIT. Thompson Elementary School is 3 blocks away. Arlington Middle School is also 3 blocks away (6th grade only). 7-12 grades are close as well. Best bakery is around the corner from us and we are near several beautiful bike paths. It is a great house for a family or singles.
Space
This is my residence and it has lots of wonderful amenities, bright rooms, unique decor, lots of artwork and a beautiful backyard with a grill. It is steps away from public transportation, a 10 min bike ride to Davos Sq and a 5 min walk to Arlington-based restaurants, movie theaters, public schools and a bike path!
Neighborhood overview
This is a very safe, quiet and family-friendly neighborhood just steps away from all major Universities and hospitals in the Greater Boston Area. Walking distance to public transportation, free car parking in my driveway, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Lots of parks, canoe rental places, running and hiking trails. Live music in the nearby Town Tavern, and lots more!
