Oceanfront 2-Bedroom Shared Condo with Park and Ocean Views

I had a wonderful 6 months in this apartment. Shared with another professional during my contract at the hospital. Perfect place to relax at the end of the day, with plenty of space in the rooms and with Carlsmith Beach essentially as the back yard. Mina was a very available and attentive landlord. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Hilo.

Stayed here for three months and could not have asked for a better experience. The complex and property is well maintained, right on the beach with a pool and library and very secure with cameras and key required to access elevators. Laundry on every floor with machines that work great. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and recently updated. Mina is a wonderful host, very attentive and easy to work with. She is a wonderful person that I am very grateful to have met. I loved staying here and I recommend Mina and this property 100%!

Best Possible Location

Everyone in Hilo loves this beach, it's absolutely stunning. You will see turtles almost every time you go swimming. Mina is the best host you could ask for, she is awesome. If you book anywhere else, you will probably wish you picked this one.

Best Stay in Hilo

Right on Carlsmith beach. Very clean apartment with everything you need. Mina, the landlord, is wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Quick drive to shopping, restaurants, and HBMC. Highly recommend.

Most Spectacular Stay

Amazing Location right on the water! can see turtles, and tropical fish right in your back yard. This place is well taken care of, it's spacious and well decorated. It had everything I needed to live here in luxury for 4 months. M is a really awesome landlady and very sweet. it's only a 10-15 min drive to HMC, I could really feel the Aloha living here.
