Cozy Beaverdale Gem!

We stayed in this charming, cozy home last fall. Just as it seems in the photos! Such a private, cozy, quiet, peaceful gem! I really felt right at home! Really appreciated the attached garage and fenced back yard with wood decking. Loved the fact that it was completely furnished and move-in ready. All I needed to buy was my groceries! Beds were comfy! I especially loved the gas fireplace in the living room on those chilly fall Iowa days. Robert (owner) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He really cares about his property and it shows. Would undoubtedly stay here again! Thank you, Robert :)

Cozy Beaverdale home

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here! Robert is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very responsive to any messages I sent. He was also wonderfully pet-friendly, which made the experience even better for us and our furry family. The home is exactly as pictured, in great condition, and the location was perfect for my travel contract. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

My boyfriend and I are travel nurses with a baby and 2 pups. We were looking for a little home away from home and we had found it! This house was wonderful to rent. It was very clean and comfy. It had plenty of space for our little family. The backyard was large with a nice deck, and our lab loved chasing the squirrels. The kitchen had all the needed essentials and more which was nice. The neighborhood was very safe and homey. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We took many walks around the block to both parks close by. It was very convenient to town but also made you feel like you were in your own quiet quaint little neighborhood. R was also wonderful! He responded back quickly when needed and was very hospitable. We really appreciated him, and his lovely house! We would definitely come back and stay again!
