Lawndale stay
We stayed here about 4 months and have no complaints at all about this home and the neighborhood. Was in a safe area with fairly consistent parking options, neighborhood was quiet with very close access to the civic center. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were stocked with all the amenities you would need. Jitka was responsive and had good communications. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Home
We stayed here for almost a year and would have stayed longer if I would have taken a full time job in the area. This place really felt like home to us. The neighborhood feels safe and there are a handful of great neighbors we met over the months. If I ever end up getting another contract in the area I will definitely look to see if this house is available. Great proximity to the highways, airport and beach. Landlord is reliable and responsive. Zero complaints.
