Prooperty provides superior accommodations at a location that permits island-wide exploration. While traveling to the west side (Kona) is 100 miles, guests find the extra effort is more than rewarded with far less accommodation costs. Besides, there so much to see on the east side (Hilo), it can take two weeks to just scratch the surface.
The monthly rent fee is $1900 plus 4.172 % Hawaii tax
The Deposit below is against the cleaning fee that is billed at the end of your stay @ $25/hour (usually runs between $175 and $200), any balance refunded.
