Perfect Little Abode
This was the best experience on Furnished Finder I have ever had. Alice + Carlos were so welcoming, kind, communicative, and accommodating throughout my entire stay. They have a lovely space that is private, quiet, safe and clean. I felt at home immediately and I truly appreciate how lovely they were. I would absolutely stay here again if I am in the area. Ensure Cancellation Clause
The unit was nicely decorated and overall my stay was comfortable. However, the house sits directly next to a major highway, so there is noticeable noise from passing cars. Im a light sleeper, so I had to use earplugs my entire stay.
As a traveling professional, I was disappointed that there was no contingency or flexibility for canceled contracts, which are so common in travel work. I paid rent on the 2nd, my contract was canceled on the 3rd, and I only ended up staying in the unit for 6 days. Despite the circumstances, no portion of the rent was returned.
Future travelers may want to clarify policies around early departure due to contract changes before booking.
Thank you for your feedback. We truly aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished space for traveling professionals, and we are glad to hear that overall your stay was comfortable and that you found the unit nicely decorated.
For future guests, we want to clarify that our home does face a main roadway, and this is something we never hide. Some guests have found our location to be a convenience, as reflected in other reviews. We make a point of meeting with all prospective guests by video to go over everything upfront before booking so travelers can make the best decision for their own comfort. In this case, the initial reservation was intentionally made for just one month so the guest could determine whether the space was a good fit before extending. We also checked in during that first month, and after approximately 20 days, the guest chose to extend for an additional two months, with no concerns raised at that time about road noise or comfort. For that reason, the concerns raised afterward were unexpected.
We also want future renters to know that we were truly sorry that the work contract ended abruptly, and we understand that this can happen in travel professional assignments. When guests communicate with us promptly, we always do our best to work with them within the terms of the agreement. At the same time, our expectations around early departure and notice were clearly discussed prior to booking during our pre-booking conversation. Because furnished mid-term rentals are reserved in advance, last-minute cancellations often do not leave enough time to secure a replacement tenant. Even so, we offered to make the unit immediately available upon early departure and to refund any overlapping days if a new booking came in during the prepaid period, but we did not receive a response to that specific option before the guest vacated on March 8th.
In addition, although the unit was vacated in good condition but still required cleaning, we chose to return the full security deposit and cleaning fee as a courtesy. Throughout the stay, we also did our best to be attentive hosts and make our guests comfortable, including helping during winter storms beyond our standard obligations.
We care deeply about treating our guests fairly while also honoring the terms that allow us to run our rental responsibly. We encourage all prospective travelers to review cancellation terms, location details, and personal preferences carefully before booking so they can choose the best housing fit for their assignment. We truly wish every traveling professional a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to land during their time away from home.

Wonderful Experience
I had such a great experience here! The apartment was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was cozy and inviting and had everything that I needed. I would absolutely recommend staying here! Alice and Carlos were wonderful, kind hosts. I could not have asked for a better apartment in Worcester!

Best Short Term Apartment in Worcester
I have the best experience in this apartment. Alice and Carlos are the best hosts. They are very warm, welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is perfect for 1-2 person. It is modern, comfortable, beautiful and has everything you need. The location is very convenient too, 5 min away my Umass Memorial, 10 min away from good restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here and would wish to stay here again if ever I'd be back to Worcester.

Best FF Stay
This has been my best short-term stay I've ever had! Alice and Carlos were very kind and welcoming, and made sure the space was cozy and inviting. I never had any issues with them or the abode, and would 100% stay here if I come back to Mass, and definitely recommend this room for anyone looking for a nice place to relax in at the end of a work day!

Amazing Stay
This has been my best FF stay. A put a lot of thought into the space. There where multiple little things that made my stay so nice and comfortable. An example is a charging station with multiple ports. The studio is nice and cozy. I was on a assignment at St. Vincent that did not work out for me and A was very understanding and worked with me. Of course I communicated that from the moment I knew I wasnt stay on my assignment. If you are looking for a nice clean, cozy space this is it. It is right next to the highway if you are at another hospital. Oh and literally 5 minutes to grocery store and 10 minutes to restaurants and other things.
