Convenient for commuting
I stayed here for three months while I transitioned into the area from another state. The apartment was convenient as it is close to pubic transportation and shopping. In less than 20 minutes I could leave the front door and be standing on the Metro platform. I once made it from the apartment to DCA airport and to my gate within 45 minutes. Assigned off street parking made it easy to explore the area by car and not worry about finding a place to park when returning. The washer and dryer allowed me to avoid spending time at a laundromat. The landlord was responsive when I had questions and kept me informed when other tenants were occupying the upstairs unit.
