Newly remodeled studio 340 sqft ( ADU) in N.Hollywood ( adjacent Burbank)

Great place for one !

Nice studio for one! Manager Craig who lives in the back, was super helpful and always there when needed! Neighborhood is nice and quiet. You get your own parking spot in-front of your studio. 20 minutes from Hollywood Blvd. and 5 minutes from Burbank airport. Bed is comfortable and everything you need for cooking is there! You do have to share W/D w/ people in the main house(5-7). Downside is, there is cellar spiders appearing frequently and room tours scheduled towards the end of your lease. Walls are thin so you can hear/smell when people cook in the kitchen from main house, but they arent loud at all. You also have access to main house from your space. For the price, I think this was a good spot, and I felt safe the whole time!

Lovely Stay in North Hollywood!

I stayed at this property for about three months and I felt like I was right at home! The space has a great layout and nicely designed. It is located in a nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood and C and S went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend this rental suite if staying in North Hollywood!
