Cute house

This was the cutest little house to stay in for 3 months. It was super close to all hospitals and good restaurants as well. The house has everything you need and a good fenced in yard for my dogs which they loved. Sara and her assistant were amazing at sending things to do in St. Louis and making your time here fun and as well as any concerns. If I am ever in St. Louis again I would definitely rent from Sara again!

This cute little house is perfect for a single person or couple to stay. I lived here for a year and couldnt have imagined a better place to be in the STL area. Its about 10 min away from Barnes Jewish Hospital and SLU. It is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. A police station is just a couple blocks away. There is a target, schnucks, and a multitude of Italian restaurants all in a few minutes driving distance from the property. The house has a nice fenced in back yard and a semi private back porch to enjoy. Sarah was the BEST landlord! Her and assistant respond very quickly to any concerns and made sure to fix any issue in a timely manner. Renting from S the past year made my time in STL so much more enjoyable, she thoroughly cares about her tenants and does everything in her power to make sure they feel welcome and comfortable while staying in her properties. I highly recommend staying here or even looking into one of her many other properties in the area!
