As advertised and the landlords are fantastic

My home away from home. I stayed with Tim and Kate for 6 months and I felt at home. Their were very kind and made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. This basement was fully furnished to include everything you could possibly imagine (e.g. Towels, toilet paper, etc). You won't find a better place to stay!

I stayed at this place during one of my assignments. This is an excellent basement apartment. The landlord was wonderful and made sure the place had everything it needed.

Fantastic Place!

I stayed at this property gorgeous just over 3 months and I would recommend it to anyone! Super spacious and the landlords were beautiful people. Lots of thoughtful touches and helpful things such as plenty of hangers! Lots of storage and even tho the kitchen isn't a full kitchen there is a toaster oven and two burner hot plate so I had no issues at all. Kate and Time were the nicest ppl and so respectful of my space while I was there. They felt like family! Greatly enjoyed my time here.

Great Clean Basement Apartment

I rented this basement apartment for a few months. It was clean quiet and a great place to stay at. Would highly recommend.
