I was on a rotation at Children's National and had two dogs. The yard has a fully fenced yard. It is a beautiful and safe neighborhood to walk your dog anytime day or night. I was only a couple blocks from work. Cannot get any better than that!

The apartment is in an ideal location—just about a 10-minute walk to Children’s National Hospital, the Washington DC VA Medical Center, and MedStar Washington Hospital Center. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient, with easy parking and quick access to public transportation. The unit is fully furnished, comfortable, and well-suited for longer stays. Highly recommend for nurses, residents, or visiting healthcare staff working at any of the nearby hospital campuses.

Great Property with an Amazing Host

I stayed here for 6 months while working at Children’s National and it was an amazing experience. The location honestly couldn’t be better — about a 2-block walk to Children’s and right next to the VA Hospital and MedStar Washington Hospital Center. It made work super easy and I rarely needed to drive. Parking was simple, which is huge for DC, and the neighborhood felt safe and very walkable with plenty of food and grocery options nearby. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and fully furnished with everything I needed for a long stay. It really felt like home. The internet was reliable and perfect for streaming and work needs. Adam was a great host — very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone working at the nearby hospitals.
