Quiet and Gorgeous

The location is beautiful, the house is very nice, and the room is already decorated fairly nicely. They don't run the AC all that much in the summer so it can get toasty especially in the rooms that are upstairs, but it wasn't unbearable or anything. Robert and Mary are both very friendly though and enjoy a bit of conversation but also let you have your own time and space if that is what you are looking for. None of the neighbors make much noise at all. Also there is a convenient traffic pattern to get in and out of the neighborhood which makes commuting more predictable than the Denver area is usually prone to be.
