Excellent Location and Beautiful Property
This property was perfect for a 3-month stay! It is well located -- close to BART as well as the fun and cute Temescal neighborhood. The property is equipped with everything you'd need for your stay, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. Frances responds to messages in a timely fashion and has clearly put effort into making this space comfortable and conducive for guests. The backyard offers great behind-the-gate parking and is a haven with a wonderful canopy and local fruits. Really couldn't recommend this spot more highly!

Convenient, Safe, Perfect for our Stay!
This lovely, comfortable, and spacious rental had everything we needed for our month-long visit to Oakland. VERY secure, with gated parking, gated entry walkway, as well as coded front door. The codes were great as we never had to check if we had our key. Frances has stocked the apartment thoughfully for travelers. Curtains are dark for sleeping, linens are wonderful, and power cords and paper prductsplentiful. There are throw blankets and even a sound machine. There is good wifi. It is very walkable. Steps from MacArthur BART, and located along the free Emeryville bus line. The BART station is a major stop for other public bus lines. This was important for us since we were without a car during our visit. It's in a nice urban neighborhood with good neighbors and a nice backyard. Frances is very responsive and thoughtful. Our 3-yr old granddaughter came one weekend and F brought over pans and decorations for us to use when making cupcakes! We'd love to stay here again.
