Waterway 1 bed 1 bath condo in heart of West Palm. 1 mile from Clematis street

We stayed in this apartment last winter, and it was such an enjoyable getaway. The location in West Palm is convenient to restaurants, shops, and the beach, and the apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated, with all amenities at hand. We were very happy with the space and location, and we found West Palm Beach to have a lot to offerit is truly a perfect spot whether you intend to spend your day relaxing in the peaceful pool area or heading into town for food or entertainment. The owner is lovely to work with and both responsive and accommodating! We hope to return to this little luxurious haven if we are lucky enough for it to be available when we get the time!

This place is amaizng! Its in the perfect location near downtown, the beach, great restaurants. The amenities are nice as well! Tracey is awesome to work with always there and checking in on you to make sure everything is good! Highly recommend staying here!

This place is fabulous. It is in a great location, close to the intracoastal and right in the heart of downtown. Inside is decorated beautifully and spacious for a 1 bedroom. I would totally stay there again.

This property has everything. It is well appointed and beautifully decorated with all the necessities including beach chairs and coolers. It is close to night life, restaurants beaches and shopping. Pool area and other amenities are fantastic. If you are looking for a quiet retreat but still want to be close that to all Palm beach has to offer, this is the place!

I moved to the West Palm area for work and this was the perfect temporary rental for me. As I was on a time crunch finding a unit, Tracy, the owner of the property, worked diligently and efficiently to get me in her place as soon as possible. This rental was a perfect 1 bed 1 bath unit for me. With it being close to the beach, downtown, restaurants and bars, grocery stores, etc., there was always something to do. The unit was very clean and felt homey for my transition to South Florida. The amenities within the complex, such as the pool and the gym, were also very well maintained. I never had any issues staying here and Tracy was AWESOME. She was ready to tend to issues that would arise (if any) and made sure my stay was worth while. The price for the place is reasonable considering all the perks the unit has to offer as well. I highly recommend staying here!
