Great location, comfortable stay, and wonderful hosts

Excellent stay. The owners are fantasticvery kind and quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location, very close to ECU, with Sams Club, Walmart, and Trader Joes all within 10 minutes. Its clean, comfortable, well equipped, and has everything you need. Quiet, well maintained, and highly recommended.

A Wonderful Stay in a Welcoming Community

Staying at this property was truly a lovely experience. We initially planned for a 6 month stay but ended up extending our lease because we enjoyed it so much. The location is excellent, peaceful, safe, and community oriented. Although its part of an HOA community, the rules were reasonable and never felt restrictive. Holly and Bruce were fantastic hosts and property managers. They kept us well informed about any updates, including scheduled maintenance, construction, or painting, which we really appreciated. The property itself is very spacious and well maintained. Anytime a minor issue arose, Holly and Bruce were quick to respond and ensured maintenance was sent out promptly. They were always accessible and easy to communicate with. Overall, its the kind of place that feels more like a home than a rental. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and community centered living experience.

Amazing townhouse

This is the perfect townhouse and only 5 minutes from ECU. The townhouse is very clean and decorated very nicely. Kitchen is fully stocked. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Townhouse is very spacious, has washer and dryer, and includes 2 parking spots directly in front of townhouse. The landlord has been a pleasure to work with and always a text or phone call away. I rented by myself but the space can be shared as long as you dont mind sharing a bathroom. My favorite property by far I have found on FF!
