Peaceful Stay!

Listen, My stay at Will's place was amazing! As a female, I actually felt very safe and supported staying with two guys, which is rare. They were amazing! Clean, cool, and comforting. We all looked out for each other and communicated so smoothly. I would definitely stay again and would recommend anyone else to stay as well if you want a peaceful, problem free place to call a second home while in Vegas!

The place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Communication was easy and timely, and Will was accommodating and respectful throughout the stay. Honestly, could not recommend Will's place enough. Him and his roommate, Cam, are both incredibly welcoming individuals. Not only did I find a nice place to live for the summer, but made two great friends along the way. House is always spotless, workload is divided up equally, and always a good conversation to be had!

William keeps a very tight ship in regards to the cleanliness of his home. If youre looking for a clean, peaceful, comfortable place to stay, this is it. William is very hospitable, respectful and friendly, and the room is really nice! Definitely staying here whenever I can!!

Nothing short of amazing

I recently stayed at Williams house for nearly two weeks while completing my clinical rotation in nursing school, and my experience was excellent. The house was exactly as described: tidy, organized, and spacious. The room I rented was very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after long days at the hospital. One of the highlights was the shared bathroom, which was consistently very clean. I rarely encountered William or his roommate, making the environment feel private and quietideal for studying and unwinding during this intense period of my nursing program. Overall, I highly recommend Williams house for its cleanliness, comfort, and tranquility, making it a great choice for students like myself who need a reliable and supportive living environment while pursuing their studies.

William is an exceptional host, and I would gladly recommend this room to others. He is professional but very approachable and easy-going for any questions or requests. The shared spaces were cleaned weekly among roommates, which I appreciated (I mopped). The basic amenities were all available (wifi, TV, etc.) and parking was safe/easy. I was provided plenty of space in the bathroom and pantry/fridge. Notably, I enjoyed the atmosphere among roommates, which was friendly and respectful. The house itself is near several grocery stores/restaurants and highways to access other parts of LV. As someone who has stayed in Las Vegas multiple times in different parts of town, I enjoyed this one the most. The only con of the room (for me) is that it doesn't have a desk. But I felt quite comfortable working in the home's shared spaces (kitchen table, etc.). Host 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5
