Accommodating, spacious, accessible

This apartment was a great find for my 6 month stay in the DMV. Robel and Hannah are really nice people, accommodating and respect privacy. The spacious apartment is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with walking access to MLK Park which was the highlight to this property for me. Beyond that, grocery stores are 5 minutes away, highway 10-15 min, downtown 15-20. Absolute gem of an apartment !

Great Furnished Basement

Very spacious basement apartment close to lots of grocery stores and in close proximity to DC! Landlords were very nice and responsive.

Great housing in good location

I was so blessed to have found this unit on my past travel assignment in DC. I originally stayed in DC and quickly realized I wanted to be outside of DC for sure. The commute to work was a little further but I'll take that to stay in a large and spacious basement apartment. I was there first renter so I was honored and the couple was very friendly, respectful of privacy, and when it came to any issues it was handled promptly. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area or a traveler on an assignment. If I should come back I hope to stay in this apartment again soon!

Great place with nicest host couple

This was my first time renting from others, and this place was exactly what I needed. The host couple are lovely- they made sure I had everything I needed, responded quickly, and respected my privacy. The location is awesome too. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to grocery, stores, and I-495.
