Amazing 15 month stay in Silver Spring!
I had the pleasure of residing here for the duration of my stay in the DMV for work. A fully furnished unit, easy access to the city, DC and hot spots in the area (restaurants, stores, activities, wellness, businesses). Loved the private entrance to the unit and the safe and quite neighborhood. As with any property, issues can come up, but Hannah and Robzen were always responsive and willing to help. The hosts are really professional individuals, and were very respectful of privacy and peace during my stay. I would return if I had the opportunity to. Highly recommend!

Accommodating, spacious, accessible
This apartment was a great find for my 6 month stay in the DMV. Robel and Hannah are really nice people, accommodating and respect privacy. The spacious apartment is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with walking access to MLK Park which was the highlight to this property for me. Beyond that, grocery stores are 5 minutes away, highway 10-15 min, downtown 15-20. Absolute gem of an apartment !

Great Furnished Basement
Very spacious basement apartment close to lots of grocery stores and in close proximity to DC! Landlords were very nice and responsive.

Great housing in good location
I was so blessed to have found this unit on my past travel assignment in DC. I originally stayed in DC and quickly realized I wanted to be outside of DC for sure. The commute to work was a little further but I'll take that to stay in a large and spacious basement apartment. I was there first renter so I was honored and the couple was very friendly, respectful of privacy, and when it came to any issues it was handled promptly. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area or a traveler on an assignment. If I should come back I hope to stay in this apartment again soon!

Great place with nicest host couple
This was my first time renting from others, and this place was exactly what I needed. The host couple are lovely- they made sure I had everything I needed, responded quickly, and respected my privacy. The location is awesome too. It is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to grocery, stores, and I-495.
