Cute little place

My husband and I stayed here for 6 months while transitioning from another state. We have 2 large dogs. The place is small but provided everything we needed and close to everything! Location is perfect! Jesula and her husband are two of the most kind hearted people you will meet, and if any issue came about they responded immediately and resolved it! We would have stayed longer but needed a bigger place due to the dogs. I do not recommend if you have lore than one dog. All in all I would highly recommend staying here!

Small but quaint

Stayed here for about 6 months with my wife. Make no mistake, this place is small but if you only need the essentials, it's totally serviceable. The neighbors at the main house on the same property would sit in the driveway at all hours of the day, but they were friendly enough. My only complaint was the few times they blocked our car in, but they moved their car whenever we asked. The bathroom, especially the shower, is so tiny that it is hard to move around in. The kitchen is about a third of the apartment, and it was okay. The couch in the entryway was not the one pictured but it was comfortable. If you just need a place to sleep and occasionally eat, this place totally works. Jesula is very nice and I didn't have any major issues other than being a little uncomfortable in the tiny space. If you need a full apartment to stretch out, this may not work for you.

Beware

The manager revoked our reservation for this property after we paid a $500 deposit and signed the lease citing we had changed our mind about their more expensive property on the same estate. Claim she lost a rental which she did not. The person responding to the review is not the owner. We never got a chance to stay but wanted other prospective renters to be awaare of this shady business practice. If you submit a booking reservation, you cannot change your mind later.

A Charming Cottage

From my first day at J's property I felt satisfied and at home. The cottage was lovely. It was tastefully decorated and not wanting for any necessary household supplies. The TV had multiple apps for watching tv and movies, the yard was vibrant and spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was ready for me when I moved in. J was doing some yard work outside with her husband when I arrived, there was no time wasted in welcoming me to settle in to my wonderful home away from home. I was roughly 15-20 minutes away, driving, from Orlando Health Hospital, within walking distance of the local SunRail Sandlake train station which stops at Orlando Health, Advent Health, downtown Orlando, and several other spots, and within driving distance of many wonderful resteraunts and parks. J's is a peaceful, quite place to stay while still having full access to Orlando. 11/10 would stay here again.
