Beautiful apartment in excellent location

This apartment is wonderful! It is well-renovated and comfortable. The neighborhood is outstanding! Beautiful views of the St. John's river and wonderful historic homes, and I felt safe walking even after dark or early in the morning. The building has 3 other units with tenants who appear to be long-term and they are incredibly friendly. They all have dogs which made us feel right at home with our dog. There is a covered parking spot in the rear but also ample street parking. The landlord was always easy to reach via text and was incredibly responsive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The unit was in a great location, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the WiFi and TV worked perfectly. Communication was smooth, and we appreciated receiving clear instructions before our arrival and upon departure. Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The location was truly one of the best parts we found ourselves walking to most places, including Publix, Starbucks, and several great restaurants. Just one block up is a beautiful street overlooking the St. Johns River, where we enjoyed taking multiple walks throughout our stay. Wed absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing Stay

The place is very nice, renovated and very functional. Location is perfect with Publix nearby and the river a block away. The host Sean was great and very accommodating.

A Great Place To Stay

This unit is located is a beautiful section of Riverside, only a half block from the St. Johns River. It provided historic and charming qualities. There is lots of natural light, a spacious living space, ample kitchen, and very comfortable bed. The covered parking in the back was surely an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay here again! It was an easy place to love.

Great clean, safe, and quaint location

I loved my stay at this amazing and safe location. Sean the owner is extremely easy to work with. Very responsive! You can see the St Johns River from this location. It is very clean and decorated extremely well and the bed is very comfortable. The apartment has new appliances and is extremely quiet. I highly recommend this location!!
