Quiet Renovated 1BR Near Major Hospitals Ideal for Nurses

Great stay again!

This was our second stay at this apartment, and it remains exactly as described. It is impeccably clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. A&M are truly amazing hosts who go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. We were especially impressed by their responsiveness; for instance, when we mentioned a broken pan, they had a replacement delivered almost immediately. Whether you are looking for a short or long-term stay, this place is a winner. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay a third time!

Great location and apartment for long term stays!

My wife and I stayed for a few months in spring and early summer. The recent renovation of this historic building is great, masterfully pairing its charm with sleek, contemporary touches. Everything is as described in the pictures and description! The historic Benton Park neighborhood is wonderfully walkable and provides quick access to major city highways, making it easy to reach key areas within 10 to 15 minutes. Note: Lemp Mansion directly across the street is truly great food and drinks, however starting in the spring, they have weddings every Saturday (sometimes two a day) and when that happens, if you move your car - you will lose your parking spot. Not a big issue, just something to note. They do play loud music during these weddings, but the venue is great about cutting it off right at 1030, so there are never any issues at night. Aside from that, this is an ideal street in Benton Park with tons of free parking and friendly neighbors.

Property is just as pictured, with all the furniture and amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Benton Park is a great area with plenty of places within walking distance and even more with just a few minutes drive. Amy was wonderful and truly thought of everything we might need to make our visit as easy as possible.

Home Away From Home

I stayed at this charming apartment from the dates listed above, and the place looks just like it is described in the pictures; it was clean, and everything was put rightfully in its place. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe; there were never any disturbances. The neighbors there were really nice genuine, and extremely accommodating. They made me feel extremely comfortable. The landlord, A, was over the moon amazing; she is probably one of the best landlords I have ever experienced. She was prompt, very responsive, and professional; she was always available when I needed her, answered all questions that I had, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Coming to a foreign place is already nerve-wracking as it is, but she made the transition extremely seamless. If you have any doubts about staying here, I hope this review gives you the confirmation that you need to stay here. I wish Amy had property in every state because I know that I won't regret it.

Awesome Place

This property in Benton Place was perfect ! Great location , perfect size, and quiet neighborhood. The location was 8-15min away from all popular locations in STL. The kitchen is beautiful and the bedroom and living room are quite spacious as well. The home is right across from the Lemp mansion and they do hold events there but not all night and they weren't excessively loud. The hosts were AMAZING, literally my favorite part of my stay ! I'm so grateful that I was able to snag this place they responded to any questions I had in a reasonable time and offered great suggestions. When I come back to visit STL I will definitely book here.
