1/1 Bedroom close to the beach and hospitals

Nice apartment

Its a cozy, nice apartment equipped with all the necessities for a few months stay. The apartment is well organized in terms of storage places (you could hide your suitcases or boxes in a special place). The neighborhood is safe and quiet and yet close to the downtown and the beach. Alexandra and her family are amazing hosts who care about your comfort and always ready to assist with everything

Amazing Space, Good Ownership

The best thing about this place is the ownership, Alexandra was amazing, Everything was smooth and she even considered not charging us a Security Deposit which we badly needed that time. Everything was smooth sailing from that, and the place was spacious and comfortable enough even for couples who need a place to stay after long days of work. For the price it's worth it.

5 stars... but

Alexandra and Constantin were exceptional hosts, easily 20/5 stars. Every issue was handled quickly, even things we didnt think could be fixed. Id rent from them again. The listing combines many properties; we stayed at the Dorsey Riverbend home. It appeared at $2,000/mo, but the actual rate was part of a range, and the real price was $2,800. We settled at $2,500, my max budget. The neighborhood took getting used to: loud music at odd hours, frequent sirens, and people on drugs wandering nearby. We didnt walk at night, though inside the home we always felt safe. When I mentioned the noise, the hosts even offered to come swap every window and door for hurricane rated ones. Heavy rain caused street flooding but never reached the driveway. Neighborhood: 2/5. The house matched the photos. No washer/dryer or dishwasher, and bathroom outlets didnt work. The property is actively being upgraded. New windows, doors, and backyard gates were installed during our stay. Property: 4/5

Amazing stay!

Alexandra and Nelu have such a big attention to detail. They had everything I needed for my extended stay. They were polite and text friendly as I am not always available over the phone. One of the biggest pluses was they dont charge a huge amount up front! I was able to move in with a small hold deposit and my first month rent. They ask for a reasonable cleaning fee and leave you feeling so at home! Definitely staying again when I come to visit! Thank you
