New Home with Mountain View near hospital

Great place to stay

I stayed here for 6 months in 2025. It was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything I needed. I worked at the hospital. 10 minute drive max to get to work. My needs changed halfway through and she changed the lease to accommodate my needs. If I had any issue with something she had someone there that day to fix it. I highly recommend this house. If I find myself in Kingman again I will look to stay here again.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience at Cs house. It was our first time in Arizona and she made us felt at home. She made sure that we had all that we need to have a great experience and stay. Her house is very clean and spacious. Spacious yard space for your comfort and outdoor relaxation. Her property is in close proximity to shopping areas and restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe. We will definitely return, and highly recommend her property to anyone who is visiting Kingman AZ and wants somewhere to stay.
