Recently remodeled (2023) 3br/2ba single family home in quiet Forest Cove neighborhood surrounded by tall trees. My home backs to an old golf course with a paved walking trail. Convenient access to I59/69 and IAH. 15 minutes/$20 Uber to IAH. Close to Aldi, restaurants, gas stations, shopping, CVS, and Walgreens. Neighborhood has a seasonal community pool.
Space
Small animals with approval. Bathroom is hall bath that is rarely used by anyone else, others would be occasional guests.
Neighborhood overview
Forest Cove was established in the late 1960s and is situated just North of the San Jacinto river. The neighborhood does offer a community pool and park. It's a quiet neighborhood with larger lots and tall trees. Access to 59/69 is very convenient as well as several nearby amenities. I would not consider Kingwood to be a walkable part of the City.

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Michele is a great host and very accommodating. The home is very clean and quiet. I would definitely rent from her again if needed.

Amazing Stay
This house is so beautiful, and Michelle was very accommodating during my stay! I felt very at home here. The location is perfect if your work at Kingwood Hospital and the neighbourhood has everything you need including a pool which was an added bonus. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Super Accommodating!!!
I highly recommend you to book a reservation with this landlord. I recently moved out after a longterm stay. It was the most positive experience during the entire time. The home is comfy, cozy and all necessities were provided. The area is so safe and a convenient drive to DT. Nearby youll have access to everything you would need. If you want a home away from home, with a super accommodating roommate- book with M today!! Dont miss out on this gem!!
