Perfect location at a great price

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment from Aug-November 2024. It is in a great location- less than a 15 minute drive from the major hospitals and also situated near a Schnucks, Planet Fitness, many local restaurants, and well as Tower Grove Park which is less than a mile away. This is a very safe, quiet, tree-lined neighborhood on a one-way street with plenty of younger families. I never had an issue with noise from other tenants (or from the street, for that matter). Parking was a breeze and I always found a spot right in front of the unit. Free laundry in the basement is a big plus. Central air works great. It is an older building and has a lot of character. I loved the stained glass in the living area and each room has plenty of space and storage. Andrew was great at responding to any questions I had and is very professional. If I were to ever take a contract in Saint Louis again, I would definitely check on availability here first.

Cozy apartment and pleasant

I stayed at As place while on an an assignment. The apartment was so cozy and very spacious. It had LOTS of storage space to stack everything away. The kitchen was huge with everything I needed. Basically the apartment was more than enough for one person. The neighborhood itself was very safe. I parked on the street with no issues and I could get packages/food delivered on my door step safely. Theres is a washer/dryer in the basement and pretty much got my laundry done whenever. The kitchen had a full size fridge/stove and microwave, as well as all other utensils. All the linen was provided. A was a great host. He was very receptive and always there for any issuesnot that I had any issues, but one particular incident I remember (all my fault) was when I locked my key inside as I was leaving. I called A and by the time I got back I had access to my apartment. I really highly recommend A as a host and his cozy place.

Safe, quite area close to hospital and stores. Other renters were nurses. Had a clean and quite space to rest. Landlord was very friendly and answers text messages promptly.

Great price, great location!

I enjoyed my stay here! It was close to my work location at SLU. Great price for the area. Apartment was clean and well maintained. I worked night shift and had no issues sleeping during the day. The property manager A was super responsive anytime I needed help.
