Awesome place to stay. The manager Mary was very friendly. Great with communication. Awesome follow up. The place was clean and well maintained. Remodeled 2 years ago very well done. Great value for the money. Located on Main Street with cute shops and restaurants all within walking distance.

A great option, exceeded my expectations

I rented here for two weeks, the management staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating, the facilities are very clean and updated. When my circumstances changed, they were flexible and working with me. Mary and David are awesome. My highly recommend this property if you have a need.

5th on Main is a hidden gem!

I am a semi-retired Minnesota attorney and former district court judge. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona but travel to Minnesota several times a year to see family and friends (usually from 1 to 3 months). Over the years I have stayed at countless hotels and Airbnb facilities. I have never found a place that offered as much value for the dollar as does 5th on Main in Hopkins, Minnesota. The facilities are brand new having been completely remodeled in 2023. Each studio apartment is furnished with a full kitchen. The apartments are spacious, well-designed with excellent storage space, and are immaculately clean (which was especially important to me). There is convenient off-street parking and each building has a state-of-the-art security system and laundry facilities. 5th on Main has a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk from the Historic Hopkins downtown area. And my final comment is that property manager M and her entire staff are equally fantastic.
