Beautiful home!

I stayed here for a five week clinical rotation. The home was beautiful and in a great location. However, both my roommate, and I, felt that the mandatory cleaning fee was completely unnecessary as it was very evident that the homeowners lived there when the property wasn't being rented. Almost all of the cupboards, fridge, drawers in the bathrooms, and closets were filled with their food, bathroom, supplies, clothing, and even dirty shoes. Again, this is all fine as we were short term renting the space, however, due to the expensive cleaning fee, we found this to be highly inconvenient. We even arrived to trash being left in the trash can, an animal having gotten into the trash, and trash being strewn across the entire lawn, that we had to clean up. Otherwise our stay and experience with the landlord was great.

Wonderful Stay

We loved this place! We would go back any time! Our landlord was amazing, answered any questions quickly and any situations we had were fixed immediately! Must stay if in area!
