A Comfortable Home with Outstanding Landlords

I recently extended my stay at Jason and Ninas property for another ten months, and that decision speaks for itselfits truly a great place to live. The home is well-maintained, thoughtfully updated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for day-to-day comfort. During my time here, they even added upgrades like a kitchen vent and an office desk, which made the space even more functional and enjoyable. The location remains a huge plus, offering quick access to shopping, transit, and anything else you might need. Most importantly, Jason and Nina continue to be exceptional landlordsresponsive, respectful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Its rare to find hosts who care this much about your experience. Im grateful to have found their rental and wouldnt hesitate to recommend it again.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Jason and Nina's property! The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to nearby stores, public transportation, and local attractions. The neighborhood felt safe and secure, giving me great peace of mind throughout my stay. The space itself is newly renovated, providing a clean and comfortable environment with all the modern amenities I could need. Jason and Nina were outstanding hosts-always responsive, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring a positive experience. Best hidden gem in Burke, close to everything

I stayed here for a month on my clinical rotation. Janson and Nina were extremely friendly, and were amazing, dedicated hosts. The location is convenient, surrounded by different hospitals, schools, grocery stores, etc. I had no problem getting around. I also felt really safe in the home, and never had any concerns. The space is super well designed, and everything is new. It was so nice staying in such a great unit. I would definitely rent again.

Safe and Convenient

I absolutely loved staying here! The basement is brand new and in a safe area. J & N are fantastic hosts and put a lot of thought into making this space comfortable and safe. Other perks to staying in Burke: so many food options, my drive to Reston Hospital is about 25 min, and DCA is about 30 min. This place is perfect for traveling professionals in the NOVA area.

Convient and comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay here! J and his wife were exceptional hosts and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay here. They made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable and periodically checked in to make sure things were still okay. It is a basement apartment with its own entry separate from the main home so it feels like your own space. I felt very safe and secure when I was there. There are plenty of security/safety features installed around the outside of the home safety was never a concern. The best part about staying here is how close everything is. You could practically walk to the Walmart and Giant grocery store and there are plenty of fast food options around town. Js wife did an excellent job designing the space and you will definitely enjoy that wonderful shower!! If I return to the area for another job I definitely plan to stay here again!
