This is a great unit for somebody who wants some privacy of their own space, a comfy king bed, the amenities to make their own meals in kitchen and a large shower. There is plenty of space to lounge in the living room with the tv, a great dining table and coffee maker for your mornings. The host is tremendously accommodating and makes you feel at home. The neighborhood is family oriented, and minimal traffic. Off street parking. I highly recommend this unit to anybody looking in Fort Collins you won't be disappointed!
