Amazing Spot to Call Home

We stayed for 7 months and absolutely loved it! Joseph is easy to talk to and always on top of anything that might need attention. The space is cozy, well stocked, and homey. We loved walking our dogs in the neighborhood as well! So many of the neighbors are friendly dog lovers. It's also very convenient to get around from with nothing too far away but still tucked into a quiet neighborhood. We loved calling this spot home during our stay and highly recommend booking.

Great place for the summer!

I really enjoyed this rental for the summer. The property has been updated and well maintained. The appliances are new and the house is well stocked with linens, towels, dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. There were several restaurants by the pier area, from chicken wing dive bar to upscale dining. Joe was a great host. I had an issue with the TV, and Joe brought a new TV the next day. He didnt waste any time asking questions or trying to get the other TV fixed first.

Amazing Stay!

I stayed at J's for a few months and it was the best Airbnb/short-term rental I've ever stayed in. There were many thoughtful touches (fully-stocked kitchen supplies, additional blankets + towels, and even a food + water bowl for my pet!). The neighborhood was very peaceful (I'd walk my dog a few times a day including late at night) and beautiful (it's walking distance to Lake Ontario and only a 5 minute drive to Ontario Beach Park!). I enjoyed sitting on the deck outside when the weather was nice, and the NEST thermostat inside when it wasn't! All the appliances and furnishings felt modern and brand new, and the cute + helpful kitchen decorations (common cooking conversions, herbs, etc) made spending time in the kitchen a great experience. It was <15minute drive to multiple Wegmans, restaurants, and downtown Rochester. Joe was efficient and communicative about any questions I had while there. If you're looking for somewhere in Rochester stay here!!!
