This is a cozy carriage house located in our backyard. On the first floor, you have a kitchen, dining area and cozy living space equipped with a smart TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Upstairs you will find a queen sized bed and some storage for your belongings. We have recently renovated this space, so all the furniture, including the bed are brand new! The unit has a private entrance. There is a full kitchen and a combined living room/dining area/office space (use it as you need!) . Upstairs, there is a bedroom with lots of storage and a queen size bed. There is AC to keep it comfortable in the warm months. We do not allow any pets. We just installed a washer/dryer into the carriage house as well!
Neighborhood overview
Highlands is a fun, safe, walkable neighborhood on the northwest side of Denver. We have restaurants, bars, grocery stores, shops, breweries and so much more in walking distance from our house. We also have easy access to all main highways, making it easy to get to the mountains or get downtown.

Perfect Stay for the Summer
This was the perfect place to call home while I lived in Denver for the summer! Home: The carriage house was exactly what I needed for an extended stay. I had my own private space with all the amenities I could ask for, which made my summer incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. It truly felt like a home away from home. Host: The host family was wonderful! They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive. Whenever I had a question, they were quick to help and always made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Location: I loved the location. It was an easy bike or scooter ride to nearby shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, while still being in a great neighborhood. I especially enjoyed being able to go for runs around the area and having so much within easy reach.
