Beautiful patio to share with homeowners. Fenced yard. Off street parking. Very safe neighborhood with many retirees. We believe in low water usage, recycling, etc. We are retired & gone during the week quite a bit. Our home is too big for us and we look forward to sharing our space.

Large, open plan living/dining/kitchen area. Laundry room is in bathroom. Laundry is shared, but I am very conscientious about making it easy.
Neighborhood overview
Great canal walking trails nearby. Very easy and close freeway access (I-215 / I-15). Long term neighbors that are very quiet.

Amazing Apartment
Amazing 2 Bedroom with the best hosts! I stayed here for 4 months this winter while working remote and it was exactly what I was looking for. The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the highway making it easy to get to the mountains and downtown. Plenty of space and well furnished. The homeowners are incredibly sweet. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Perfect, Cozy, great hosts
This rental was exactly what we needed! We were relocating to Utah and this worked as the perfect space to land in when we got here. The unit is supplied with anything you could need for short or long term. S is an incredible host. Very friendly and easy to get along with. She became great friends with us and especially our 4 year old son. Would recommend this to anyone!
