This property was just fine and the landlord is great. He will let you know in advance if he needs to come by and not just show up. If you have any problmes, he will address them immediately. The only negative is the traffic noise if you work nightshift. The apt is on the main road and people like to bump their music very loudly. Have a very loud fan or noise machineto drown it out.
