The Perfect stay

I stayed at Jean's studio apartment for one month and could not have asked for anything more! First, the host is extremely respectful, responsive, and professional. The space is clean and obviously well maintained. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. Between kitchen appliances, plenty of closet space, and the lovely bathroom, this place feels like home. I would recommend this property to anyone without reservation.

I had a great stay at this furnished apartment. Jean very nice, accommodating, and always responsive whenever I needed anything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of privacy, which made my stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and peaceful place to stay.

I lived here from September to end January, and it has been an incredible experience. The Landlord Ms. Jean is friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The apartment itself is Comfortable, modern, well-lit, and furnished with high-quality appliances and beautiful interior. This a perfect place for travelers looking to be close to UVM. Only a ten-minute commute to the hospital and even less to downtown. The roads are well plowed during the winter months which is great for us southern travelers. There are plenty of food option close to the residences as well, from the local grocery store (Shaw's) to various take-out option. The unit is also very close to Burlington famous Hike and bike trail that runs along the beautiful Lake Champlain and the worlds larges filing cabinet. My stay here was more than pleasant and I would defiantly return in the future if I came back to Burlington.

QUIET oasis in the middle of South Burlington, VT.

J is a wonderful host. She is friendly, respectful, a great communicator, and is easily accessible. This very quiet space is just the right size needed to recharge after a busy day of working or exploring the area. The bathroom is spacious and boasts a shower w/ great water pressure. There is shelving for storage and an area to hang clothing as you walk into the apartment using the private entrance. There is room for more storage under the bed and in a small drawer set on the opposite wall. The apartment also has a good sized desk for work with plenty of outlets for your electronic items. When not using the desk or sleeping, there is a comfy chair and small table available for further seating. The apartment is within walking distance to multiple trail systems, Lake Champlain , UVM, restaurants, and shopping. I would highly recommend this studio apartment and J as its host.
