Perfect Spot

Yana's unit was the perfect spot for the few months that I needed it. Great backyard, fun dogs, very welcoming family, and perfect location. Very walkable.

Cozy little rental

Great location and cozy vibes in this little rental. The backyard is so cute and I loved watching the chickens. Street parking was easy. I loved the area and fun bars and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of space and storage in this place. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. There's a little noise from above but it was always quiet at night.

Great Stay

What a lovely stay in Phinney Ridge! Yana and her family are so welcoming, have a beautiful home and garden, and you get to meet their sweet pup. I was able to work remotely for three months here and enjoy the surrounding neighborhood. This apartment is spacious, well equipped, and located in a safe, walkable area. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a stay in Seattle.

The perfect place!

Yana and her family were wonderful and super welcoming! We felt at home right away and the apartment was superb - spacious and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room were well equipped and perfect for our 2 month stay. Anytime we had a question or concern, Yana was quick to respond. The location is perfect for anything you need to do in Seattle: walking distance to multiple neighborhoods, and biking distance to Greenlake, Ballard, and Fremont. And with easy access to 99, you can also be anywhere in the city by car in 15 minutes. We would gladly stay again + the family pup Bella was an added bonus!

Cozy star

Ys rental was so cozy and perfect place to unwind after a long day. The space is decorated beautifully and there is everything you may need at your disposal. The neighborhood has a lot of walkable little spots to eat or enjoy coffee/drink. Wish I could have stayed longer but will definitely keep this place in mind for the next time!
