Quiet, clean, cozy, canyon home

This home was perfect for our few months stay in SD! It is centrally located to nearby groceries, workouts, and hospitals, and is tucked back into the neighborhood where it is calm and quiet. Its a short drive to our friends in all the other popular neighborhoods, and beaches. The neighborhood felt safe, neighborly, and street parking was never an issue. Our dogs loved the back patio and fenced in space. Jerick is a kind, responsive landlord, and helped us with any small hiccups. I would recommend anyone stay here, and we wouldve loved to stay longer if our contract allowed it! If I ever come back to San Diego I would love to try to stay here!

Quiet house with a nice view

This house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with great views on a large deck facing the canyon. It is pet friendly and outdoor space for the dogs to run around in the back yard area. It is private and has a fenced in yard. It has everything we needed, updated appliances, large TV and great sound system, W/D, comfortable couch and beds, and large desk for work from home individuals. This space was perfect for the months we needed to stay in San Diego. J was very helpful and communicated well throughout our move in process and during our stay. Would come back to live again!
