The perfect balance of convenience and comfort- a place to call home near it all.
Close to it all and still able to come home to peacefulness. I love being able to walk to downtown so easily, explore beautiful Montford by foot, and stroll to the botanical gardens along the greenway. Jen is a lovely landlord, and does what she can to make tenants feel comfortable and at home. As a traveling healthcare professional, it's important to me to find a place that feels like home, even when my stay is temporary. This apartment has provided exactly that. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout is spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for both relaxing and hosting guests. Currently, I'm renting the one bedroom below. The combination of a quiet neighborhood, convenient location, and responsive landlord makes my time here truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable home in Asheville.
